Overview

The DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 device is a 12-bit low-power, voltage-output, dual-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This device includes an internal reference of 2.5V, 4ppm/°C, thereby providing a full-scale output voltage range of 2.5V or 5V. This internal reference has an initial accuracy of ±5mV and is capable of providing or absorbing up to 20mA of current on the VREFIN/VREFOUT pin.


The DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 is a monolithic device, which offers excellent linearity and significantly reduces the harmful transient voltage (glitch pulses) during code-to-code conversion. The DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 uses a multi-purpose 3-wire serial port with an operating clock rate of up to 50MHz. This interface is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, Microwire, and digital signal processor (DSP) interfaces. The DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 device is powered on at the midpoint of its range. This device contains a power-off characteristic, which can reduce the current loss at a voltage of 5V to 550nA (typical value). This low power consumption, internal reference and small package size make the DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 highly suitable for portable, battery-powered operation devices.
