The TRF1305B1RPVR is an ultra-high performance closed-loop single-channel RF amplifier with a working bandwidth ranging from true DC to over 7GHz. This device features outstanding performance and can drive high-speed, high-performance ADCs such as ADC12DJ5200RF and ADC32RF5x through DC or AC coupling interfaces. The TRF1305B1RPVR amplifier is optimized for RF, zero intermediate frequency, complex intermediate frequency and high-speed time domain applications. The TRF1305B1RPVR has been optimized for performance under a fixed gain configuration. If a lower gain is required, please use an external resistor.
The TRF1305B1RPVR features a VOCM pin that allows for the setting of different output common-mode voltages and input common-mode voltages. For example, it is used for level conversion or most IQ step-down converter ADC interface applications with different DC common-mode voltages. The TRF1305B1RPVR also features a floating 2-power rail dual power or single power option, as well as a MODE pin that allows the input common-mode range to be extended closer to the power.
The TRF1305B1RPVR has a power-off function. This device is manufactured using TI's proprietary advanced BiCMOS process and is packaged in a space-saving 2mm × 2mm, 12-pin WQFN-FCRLF package.
