Overview

The AMC1350QDWVRQ1 is an isolated precision amplifier. The output and input circuits of this amplifier are separated by isolation barriers with extremely strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance. This isolation barrier is certified to provide an enhanced electrical isolation of up to 5kVRMS, in compliance with VDE V 0884-11 and UL1577 standards, and can support an operating voltage of up to 1.5kVRMS.


This isolation barrier can separate the various devices operating at different common-mode voltage levels in the system and protect the low-voltage side from potentially harmful voltage shocks.


The high-impedance input of AMC1350QDWVRQ1 has been optimized for connection with high-impedance resistor voltage dividers or other voltage signal sources with high output resistance. The AMC1350QDWVRQ1 features outstanding accuracy and low-temperature drift, supporting precise AC and DC voltage detection. It is suitable for on-board chargers (OBC), DC/DC converters, traction inverters, or other applications that must support high common-mode voltages.


The AMC1350QDWVRQ1 adopts a wide-body 8-pin SOIC package, complies with the EC-Q100 standard for automotive applications, and supports a temperature range of -40 °C to +125°C.

Provide functional safety

- Documents that can assist in the design of functional safety systems

• Linear input voltage range: ±5V

• High input impedance: 1.25mΩ (typical value)

Fixed gain: 0.4V /V

• Low DC error:

- Offset voltage error ±1.5mV (maximum value)

- Temperature drift: ±15µV/°C (maximum value)

- Gain error: ±0.2% (maximum value)

-Gain drift: ±35ppm/°C (maximum value)

-Nonlinearity ±0.02% (maximum value)

• High-side and low-side operating voltages: 3.3V or 5V

High CMTI: 100kV/µs (minimum value)

Failure protection output

• Safety-related certifications:

-7070-VPK Enhanced isolation, in compliance with DIN VDE V0884-11:20117-01

-Compliant with UL1577 standard and with a 5000VRMS isolation of up to 1 minute
