Description
The MAX11214EUG is a 24-bit Δ-Σ ADC with an excellent 140dB SNR and an ultra-low power consumption of 5mW. A sampling rate of up to 32ksps supports high-precision DC and AC measurements. The sampling rate of MAX11214EUG supports high-precision AC/DC measurements. It can guarantee a maximum integral nonlinearity of 4ppm and -122dB THD. The MAX11214EUG communicates via a SPI-compatible serial interface and is packaged in a small-sized 24-pin TSSOP.
The MAX11214EUG offers a programmable gain amplifier with a noise of only 6.5nV/ and a gain setting range of 1 to 128 times. The buffer can provide isolation between the signal input and the switching capacitor sampling network, allowing the MAX11214EUG to be directly used in conjunction with high-impedance sources without affecting the effective dynamic range.
The MAX11214EUG is equipped with a single analog power supply of 2.7V to 3.6V or a dual analog power supply of ±1.8V, allowing the sampled analog input to be below the ground potential. The digital power supply range is 2.0V to 3.6V and allows logical connection with 2.5V, 3V or 3.3V.
