The HYPERRAM™ series supplied at the core

HYPERRAM™ 2.0 is Infineon's second-generation low-pin pSRAM, supporting a throughput of up to 400 MBps. The capacity of HYPERRAM™ 2.0 products ranges from 64 Mb to 512 Mb. HYPERRAM™ 2.0 devices provide Octal xSPI and HYPERBUS™ interfaces.

Infineon's third-generation pSRAM product - HYPERRAM™ 3.0 uses a new 16-bit extended version of the HYPERBUS™ interface, doubling the throughput to 800 MBps. The 256 Mb HYPERRAM™ 3.0 product is now in production.

These pSRAM products comply with industrial/automotive standards and support Octal xSPI and HYPERBUS™ interfaces that conform to JEDEC standards.
