Overview:

The TJA1448ATK/0Z is a dual-channel standby mode CAN product. The TJA144x Automotive grade CAN FD transceiver provides an interface between a controller local Area network (CAN) or CAN Flexible Data Rate (FD) protocol controller and a physical dual-wire CAN bus.

NXP TJA144x models include:

TJA1441: Basic CAN

TJA1442: CAN in standby mode

TJA1443: Sleep mode CAN

TJA1448: CAN in dual-channel standby mode

All models achieve reliable communication at the CAN FD fast phase, even with data rates up to 5 Mbit/s.

The TJA144x is designed as an easy replacement for high-speed classic CAN and CAN FD transceivers. The device is pin-compatible, avoiding changes to hardware and software design. With these features, the TJA144x can be easily retrofitted into existing applications.

The TJA1448ATK/0Z Automotive grade CAN FD transceiver is compliant with AEC-Q100 standard Level 0 and can be used in high temperature applications, supporting operation at ambient temperatures of 150°C.

AEC-Q100 Class compliant (ambient temperature = 150˚C), available on request (TJR144x)

Complies with IEC 61000-4-2 standard and provides excellent ESD resistance of ±8kV

Available in SO and HVSON packages
