Overview:

MASTERGAN1 is an advanced system-level power package that integrates a gate driver and two enhanced mode GaN transistors in a half-bridge configuration.

Integrated power GaN has 150 mΩ RDS (ON) and 650 V drain-source breakdown voltage, while the high side of the embedded gate driver is easily provided by an integrated bootstrap diode.

The MASTERGAN1 has UVLO protection in both the upper and lower drive sections to prevent the power switch from operating under inefficient or dangerous conditions, and the interlock function avoids cross conduction conditions.

The extended range of input pins allows easy connection to microcontrollers, DSP units or Hall effect sensors.
