2. Detailed introduction
The AD5755-1ACPZ device is a four-channel, voltage and current output DAC, powered by a supply ranging from -26.4V to +33V. The on-chip dynamic power control function is based on the DC-DC boost converter optimized to achieve the lowest on-chip power consumption. In the current mode, the voltage of the output driver can be adjusted within the range of 7.4V to 29.5V to minimize the package power consumption. Each channel has a corresponding CHART pin, so the HART signal can be coupled to the current output terminal of the AD5755-1ACPZ.
The AD5755-1ACPZ device features a multifunctional three-wire serial interface, capable of operating at a maximum clock rate of 30MHz, and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, DSP, and microcontroller interface standards. This interface also provides an optional CRC-8 group error checking function and a watchdog timer for monitoring interface activities.
