I. Overview
The AD5541ABCPZ-500 is a single-channel, 16-bit, serial input, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC), powered by a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply.
The output range of this DAC is 0 V to VREF, ensuring monotonicity, providing ±1 LSB INL accuracy (16 bits), no adjustment required, and the rated temperature range is -40 °C to +125°C. Furthermore, the AD5541ABCPZ-500 provides unbuffered output, achieving features such as a 1 μs establishment time, low power consumption, and low offset error. It offers a low noise performance of 11.8 nV/√Hz and low glitch, making it suitable for a variety of terminal systems.
The AD5541ABCPZ-500 adopts a multi-functional three-wire interface and is compatible with 50 MHz SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP interface standards.
