Precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) is the highest technology content and the most excellent performance of TI product line, a class of data conversion devices, with its ultra-high resolution and extremely low noise characteristics in the demanding measurement applications occupy an irreplaceable position.
Technical characteristics and performance parameters: TI's precision ADC series of products usually have 24-bit resolution, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) up to 110dB or higher, integral nonlinearity (INL) less than ± 2LSB. These excellent performance indicators make them able to accurately capture and convert weak analogue signals.

Safe Isolation Technology: TI's isolated ADCs use patented SiO₂ isolation technology that integrates a high-withstandard isolation gate that can typically withstand isolation voltages of up to 5kVRMS or more. This design allows the device can be in the presence of hundreds of volts of common mode voltage in the harsh environment of safe and reliable operation, effectively preventing high voltage into the low-voltage control circuitry caused by equipment damage or injury.
