The IXD2012NTR operates over a wide voltage range of 10V~20V and supports high voltage side switching up to 200 V in bootstrap operation, and its logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels down to 3.3 V, ensuring seamless integration with a wide range of control devices. The IXD2012NTR has a 1.9 A pull-current and a 2.3 A sink-current output capability that provides powerful gate drive current, making it ideal for high-speed switching applications.

The device's integrated cross-conduction protection logic prevents simultaneous switching on of the high voltage side and low voltage side outputs, while simplifying circuit design through high integration.The IXD2012NTR is available in a compact SOIC(N)-8 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, providing reliable performance even under harsh operating conditions.
