Overview

The PN7642 single-chip NFC solution includes a high-performance NFC card reader, customizable MCUS, and a security toolbox. The low power Arm® Cortex M33 features 180kB of programmable flash memory, SESIP-certified security system optimized for encryption and secure key memory. The NXP PN7642 is highly integrated and designed to replace additional MCUS and dedicated security elements.

The PN7642 single-chip solution features extensive controller and host interfaces and a comprehensive product support package for rapid design integration.
