Product Overview

The 10M04SCE144I7G is a non-volatile FPGA from the Intel MAX® 10 family, manufactured using 55nm process technology. It features 4000 logic cells, 250 Logic Array Blocks (LABs), an embedded block RAM (eRAM) capacity of 193536 bits, 101 I/O pins, an operating voltage range of 2.85V to 3.465V, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C (TJ), and is packaged in a 144-LQFP exposed pad package.
