EP53A8HQI Product Description

EP53A8HQI is the Enpirion ® 5300 series highly integrated PowerSoC (power system on chip) buck regulator launched by Intel. It adopts a synchronous buck architecture and integrates key components such as inductors, MOSFETs, and compensation networks to provide a complete DC-DC conversion solution for high-performance electronic devices with space constraints.

Input voltage range: 2.4 V ~ 5.5 V, supporting 1A continuous output current.

Output voltage range: 1.8 V ~ 3.3 V (adjustable), suitable for low-power processor, FPGA, ASIC power supply.

Ultra-high efficiency: 94% (typical value), reducing power loss and improving system endurance.

Ultra-small package: 3mm × 3mm × 1.1 mm QFN-16, saving PCB space, suitable for portable devices.
