The ADC3664IRSBR device is a low-noise, ultra-low-power, 14-bit, 125MSPS high-speed dual-channel ADC. This device can achieve ultra-low noise performance and a noise spectral density of -156.9dBFS/Hz, and also features excellent linearity and dynamic range. The ADC3664IRSBR offers intermediate frequency sampling support, making the device suitable for a wide range of applications. The high-speed control loop benefits from low latency as low as one clock cycle. The power consumption of this ADC at 125MSPS is only 100mW per channel, and its power consumption decreases rapidly with the reduction of the sampling rate.


The ADC3664IRSBR uses a serial LVDS (SLVDS) interface to output data, which can minimize the number of digital interconnections to the greatest extent. This device offers a dual-channel option.
