Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. offers the LTC7810ELXE, a 150V, low quiescent current (IQ), dual-channel, two-phase synchronous step-down DC/DC controller for automotive, industrial and telecom applications. The product is available in a 48-LQFP package and is fully stocked to support quick shipment from stock.

Product Description

The LTC7810ELXE is a high performance, dual step-down DC/DC switching regulator controller for driving a full N-channel synchronous power MOSFET stage that can operate with input voltages up to 140V. The device utilises a constant-frequency current-mode architecture to provide a phase-lockable frequency of up to 720kHz.


The low no-load quiescent current extends operational runtime in battery-powered systems.The LTC7810ELXE features an accurate 1V reference, allowing the output voltage to be set from 1V to 60V.The gate drive voltage of the LTC7810ELXE can be set to 6V, 8V, or 10V to allow the use of logic level or standard threshold FETs and to maximise efficiency. efficiency.


The LTC7810ELXE also features extended spectrum operation, which significantly reduces peak radiated and conducted noise on the input and output supplies, making compliance with electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards easier.
