Product Description Of MAX4715EXK

MAX4715EXK is low on-resistance, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches that operate from a +1.6V to +3.6V single supply. The MAX4715EXK is normally open (NO), it have fast switching speeds (tON = 18ns max, tOFF = 12ns max).


When powered from a +3V supply, the MAX4715EXK offer 0.4Ω max on-resistance (RON) with 0.1Ω max RON flatness. Their digital logic inputs are +1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply.


MAX4715EXK is pin compatible with the MAX4594. The MAX4715EXK is available in SC70-5 packages.
