Introduction

The ADN4651BRWZ is a signal-isolated, low-voltage differential signal (LVDS) buffer with data rates up to 600 Mbps and extremely low jitter. The device integrates iCoupler technology to enhance high-speed operating performance and provides electrical isolation of LVDS drivers and receivers in accordance with TIA/EIA-644-A standards. Thus, the direct isolation of LVDS signal chain is realized.


The device is available in multiple channel configurations, and the LVDS receiver on the ADN4651BRWZ has a built-in fail-safe mechanism to ensure that when the input is floating, short-circuited, or terminated without a drive, the corresponding LVDS driver output is logical 1.


The LVDS and isolation circuits use a 2.5V power supply, and the ADN4651BRWZ provides high-speed operation and low jitter. The integrated on-chip LDO uses an external 3.3V power supply to provide the required 2.5V power supply. Rated for a wide industrial temperature range, the ADN4651BRWZ is available in a 20-pin wide-body SOIC package with 5kV rms isolation.

With a 600Mbps PRBS or 300 MHz clock, the ADN4651BRWZ meets the EN55022 Class B radiation standard
