EZ-PD™PAG1S CYPD3184A1-24LQXQ is an integrated synchronous rectifier (SR) controller and charging port controller. The EZ-PD™PAG1S is suitable for traditional primary control flyback systems with secondary side detection and adjustment functions. For power adapters, the EZ-PD™PAG1S is ideal for energy-efficient AC-DC flyback designs for USB power transfer, Qualcomm Quick Charge, and other standard charging protocols. EZ-PD™PAG1S also supports USB Power Supply (USB PD) Programmable Power Supply (PPS) mode.

• Integrated secondary side regulation, synchronous rectifier (SR) and charge port controller

• Optimize efficiency across the entire line and load range

• Supports critical on-mode (CRCM) and valley switch mode

• Switching frequency range: 20 kHz to 150 kHz

• Support constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes.

• Configurable overvoltage protection (OVP), Undervoltage protection (UVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), short circuit protection (SCP) and overtemperature protection (OTP)

• Support USB PD2.0, PD 3.0 and PPS, QC4+, QC 4.0, QC 3.0, QC 2.0, Samsung AFC, Apple Charging and BC v1.2 charging protocols

• Integrated low end Current detection Amplifier (LSCSA), 2 VBUS discharge FETs and an NFET gate driver for driving load switches

• Provides unexpected VBUS to CC short-circuit ESD protection on CC, VBUS and DP/DM lines

•24-QFN package with extended industrial temperature range from -40 °C to +105°C
