The ADUM141E1WBRQZ is a four-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. It combines high-speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air-core transformer technologies to provide outstanding performance characteristics over traditional optocouplers .
The ADUM141E1WBRQZ's data channel is independent and available in a variety of configurations, with a voltage rating of 3.75 kV rms.
