Overview

The ADUM362N1BRQZ is a 6-channel digital isolator based on (ADI) iCoupler® technology. The device combines high-speed complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air-core transformer technology with outstanding performance characteristics and meets the CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limit of 5 Mbps. The ADUM362N1BRQZ has a maximum propagation delay of 10 ns and a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V operating voltage. The channel matching is very strict, and the maximum value is 3.0 ns.

The ADUM362N1BRQZ data channel is self-contained and available in a variety of configurations with a rated voltage of 3 kV rms. This device operates in the supply voltage range from 2.25V to 5.5V on both sides, which is compatible with low voltage systems and enables voltage conversion across the isolation gate.
