The STM32G0 series is a cost-effective, efficient and rugged Arm® Cortex-M0 + microcontroller with minimal BOM cost and maximum upgrade flexibility.

The STM32G030F6P6TR 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) is suitable for consumer, industrial and home appliance applications and can be readily used for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The device includes a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory (up to 32KB flash program memory and 8KB SRAM), DMA, and a variety of system features, enhanced I/O, and peripherals. The device operates in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a power supply voltage range of 2V to 3.6V.
