F4482LKGI8 Device Overview

The F4482 is a 1300MHz to 2800MHz quad-path TX DVGA with 100Ω differential inputs and 50Ω single-ended outputs. The device is part of a complete VGA family for FDD and TDD applications in the 400MHz to 4200MHz frequency range.


Powered by a single 3.3V power supply, the F4482 draws only 485mA of ICC current and provides four independent transmission paths, each with a typical maximum gain of 27.5dB, an OIP of +36.8dBm at OIP3, and outputs of +16.5dBm at P1dB and 5.7dB at NF. Each channel contains a flicker-free digital step attenuator capable of stepping down the gain to as much as 0.5dB with 0.5dB accuracy. Each channel includes a flicker-free digital step attenuator that steps down the gain by up to 31.5dB with 0.5dB accuracy.


The F4482 is available in an 8 × 8 mm 56-LGA package with matched 100Ω differential input and 50Ω single-ended output impedances for easy integration into the signal path.
