Description

The STM32G474QET3 devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 170 MHz.


The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. It also implements a full set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for increased application security.


The devices embed high-speed memory (512 Kbytes of Flash and 128 Kbytes of SRAM), a Flexible External Memory Controller (FSMC) for static memory (for devices in 100-pin packages and above), a Quad SPI Flash interface, and a large number of enhanced I/Os and peripherals to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. These devices also provide a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals for embedded Flash memory.


The devices also embed multiple protection mechanisms for embedded Flash and SRAM: read protection, write protection, protectable memory regions, and proprietary code read protection.


The devices embed peripherals that accelerate maths/arithmetic functions (CORDIC for trigonometry and FMAC unit for filtering).


They provide five fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), seven comparators, six operational amplifiers, seven DAC channels (three external and four internal), an internal voltage reference buffer, a low-power RTC, two general-purpose 32-bit timers, three dedicated 16-bit PWM timers for motor control, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, a 16-bit low-power timer, and a 184-bit resolution. timers, 7 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 16-bit low-power timer, and a high-resolution timer with 184 ps resolution.
