The Microchip ATSAMD51N19A-AU is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on the ARM Cortex-M4F core, operating at a clock speed of up to 120MHz. It features 512KB of Flash memory and 192KB of SRAM, and is packaged in a 100-pin TQFP package. This MCU is ideal for applications such as industrial control, consumer electronics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and edge computing.

The chip supports a floating-point unit (FPU) and features a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including USB OTG, CAN FD, SPI, I2C, and UART, to meet the design requirements of complex embedded systems.
