Device Overview

The STM32H753XIH6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core that operates at up to 480 MHz.The Cortex®-M7 core features a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754-compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The device supports a full suite of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) for increased application security.


The STM32H753XIH6 device integrates high-speed embedded memory including 2 Mbytes of dual-bank Flash, up to 1 Mbyte of RAM including 192 Kbytes of TCM RAM, up to 864 Kbytes of user SRAM, and 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM, as well as the ability to interface with the APB bus, the AHB bus, the 2x32-bit Multi-AHB bus matrix and the APB bus. APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and multi-layer AXI interconnections supporting internal and external memory access, as well as a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals.
