Description

The STM32H757XIH6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 and Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC cores.The Cortex®-M7 core operates up to 480 MHz and the Cortex®-M4 core operates up to 240 MHz.

The MCUs integrate high-speed embedded memory, including 2 Mbytes of dual-bank Flash, up to 1 Mbyte of RAM (including 192 Kbytes of TCM RAM, up to 864 Kbytes of user SRAM, and 4 Kbytes of back-up SRAM), as well as connectivity to the APB bus, the AHB bus, the 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multi-multiplexer supporting internal and external memory access. APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to a multi-layer AXI interconnect that supports internal and external memory access.
