Description:

AD8354ACPZ DC supply current is 24 mA. at 900 MHz, the output third-order intermodulation cut-off point (OIP3) is higher than 18 dBm; at 2.7 GHz, the OIP3 is 14 dBm. at 900 MHz, the noise figure is 4.2 dB, and the inverse isolation (S12) is -33 dB. it can also be powered by a 5 V supply. supply, which eliminates the need for any external inductors. Under these conditions, it provides 4.88 dBm of power and 20 dB of gain at 900 MHz. DC supply current is 26 mA, OIP3 is above 19 dBm at 900 MHz and 15 dBm at 2.7 GHz, and noise figure is 4.4 dB at 900 MHz with -33 dB reverse isolation (S12).


Fabricated on ADI's proprietary high-performance, 25 GHz, silicon complementary bipolar IC process and packaged in an exposed pad chip-scale package, the device achieves excellent thermal resistance as well as a low-impedance ground connection. The device operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range, and evaluation boards are also available.
