The RA4M2 series Arm® Cortex® microcontrollers feature a high-performance 100MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core and up to 512KB of code flash memory to work in the background. Additionally, the MCU offers 8KB of data flash and 128KB of SRAM with parity /ECC capabilities.

The RA4M2 microcontroller is highly integrated with USB 2.0 full speed, SDHI, Quad SPI and advanced analog connectivity. Security and protection features include an integrated secure encryption engine with encryption accelerator, key management support, tamper detection, and power analysis resistors (synchronized with Arm TrustZone).

The R7FA4M2AC3CFM RA4M2 microcontroller is available in a 64-pin LQFP package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
