Using Glitch-Free™ and Zero-Distortion™ technologies, the F0480 RF VGA greatly reduces attenuation overshot during attenuation state changes and provides OIP3 performance of +41 dBm over an extreme broadband width of 400 MHz to 2700 MHz, with a typical current consumption of 100mA. The device is internally matched, so there is no need for optimization with external matching elements.
