Overview:

The SKY66188-11 is a high linearity power amplifier (PA) with perfectly matched input/output and high gain. The compact 5 X 5 mm PA is designed for FDD 3G/4G LTE small cell base stations operating at 758 to 803 MHz. An active bias circuit is integrated to compensate PA performance for temperature, voltage and process changes, and an internal coupler for power monitoring is integrated. The amplifier requires minimal external components and is part of a highly linear, pin-compatible PA family that supports all 3GPP bands.
