The Mera-533+ is a dual-channel matched broadband amplifier with a high dynamic range. It has repeatable performance from batch to batch. It is packaged in a 3.25 X 3.25mm MCLP plastic package. The Mera-533+ is of Darlington construction and is manufactured using InGaP HBT technology. The expected MTBF for the entire device (A1 and A2) at 85°C housing temperature is 420 years.


Product features:

• Two matching 50 ohm amplifiers in one package

InGaP HBT intermediate-frequency and RF amplifiers

• Frequency range: DC to 4 GHz

• High gain, 20.5 dB (typical value) at 0.1 GHz

• Excellent flatness response at 50-1000 MHz.

• Output power up to +17.9 dBm (typical value) at 0.1 GHz

• High IP3, +35 dBm (0.1 GHz)

• Low noise factor, 3.5dB (typical)

• Low thermal resistance

• Transient protection

• Can be used as a balanced and push-pull amplifier

• Protected by U.S. Patent 6,943,629
