Product Overview:

The SKY12242-492LF is a compact, integrated high-power single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with a driver circuit for TD-LTE applications. The device is powered by a single +5 V power supply with a single control voltage (0 to 3 V) switch.

The device features low Tx and Rx insertion losses, high isolation, low DC power consumption, and requires very few external components to achieve a smaller PCB printing area.

The device is available in a 5.5mm, 20-pin quadrilateral flat pin-free (QFN) package. The functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin configuration and encapsulation are shown in Figure 2. Table 1 lists the part numbers of pin-compatible devices belonging to this family of high-power single-pole double-throw switches.
