Overview

The MAX17510ATB is a low voltage, DDR linear voltage regulator with low cost and low voltage features. The product is suitable for scenarios requiring low voltage and DDR voltage regulation. The input voltage ranges from 1.1V to 3.6V, the output voltage ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, and the maximum output current is 3A (typical) ‌. The MAX17510ATB regulator uses a separate 3.3V bias supply to power the control circuit and drive the internal n-channel MOSFETs.


The MAX17510ATB features current and temperature limiting to prevent damage to the linear regulator. In addition, the MAX17510ATB generates a power ready (PGOOD) signal indicating whether the output is in the regulated voltage range. At startup, PGOOD remains low until the output stabilizes at 2ms (typical value). Internal soft start limits the input surge current.
