The A1250LLHLX is a high-performance Hall-effect latching/bipolar switch from Allegro designed for a variety of industrial and consumer electronics applications. The device combines high sensitivity, stability, and reliability for scenarios such as position detection, speed measurement, and direction recognition.


The A1250LLHLX Hall-effect sensor ICs are stable, stress-resistant bipolar switches that perform over a wide range of temperatures. It is the most sensitive Hall-effect device in Allegro's bipolar switch family, with ring magnet sensing capability.


The A1250LLHLX contains the following components on a single silicon wafer: a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper stabiliser, Schmitt trigger, and open-drain output with short-circuit protection. Advanced BiCMOS wafer processing takes advantage of low voltage requirements, component matching, very low input offset error and small component geometries.


The A1250LLHLX is rated for operation in an ambient temperature range of L,-40°C to 150°C. The 3-pin SOT23W package provides a magnetically optimised solution for most applications. The package is Pb-free and the leadframes are 100% matte tin plated.
