The AD6674BCPZ-750 is a mixed-signal intermediate frequency (IF) receiver with 385 MHz bandwidth. The AD6674BCPZ-750 has built-in dual-channel, 14-bit 1.0 GSPS/750 MSPS/500 MSPS analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and various digital signal algorithm modules, including four broadband DDCS, an NSR and VDR monitoring. The AD6674BCPZ-750 features an on-chip buffer and sample-and-hold circuit, designed specifically for low power consumption, small size, and ease of use. The product is designed to support communication applications, enabling wide-band analog signal sampling up to 2 GHz. The AD6674BCPZ-750 is optimized for wide input bandwidth, high sampling rates, excellent linearity and low power consumption in a small package.
The dual-channel ADC core uses a multistage, differential pipeline architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC has a wide bandwidth input and supports a wide range of input options for the user. The AD6674BCPZ-750 integrated voltage reference source simplifies design considerations.
