Description

GaN power chip NV6152 is a new generation of power chip products, internal integrated GaNSense lossless current detection circuit, eliminating the external current detection resistor, eliminating the current detection resistor power consumption, improving the charger conversion efficiency, and the built-in lossless current detection, but also provides faster overcurrent protection, with intelligent standby mode, to further enhance the performance and reliability, and reduce the Standby power consumption.

The NV6152 has a built-in driver, high-precision lossless current sampling circuitry and protection circuitry. It has an on-resistance of 450mΩ, withstanding voltage of 650V, transient withstanding voltage of 800V, and supports a switching frequency of 2MHz, and is available in a 5*6mm QFN package to save area.
