The ecoSWITCH™ NCP45790IMN24RTWG is load management device provides a reduced component and area solution for efficient power domain switches with inrush current limiting via soft-start. In addition to integrated control with ultra-low on-resistance, these devices provide additional system protection and monitoring through fault protection and power good signalling. This cost-effective solution is ideally suited for power management and hot-swap applications that require small size and low power consumption.
