Description:
The MIC2133YML dual phase synchronous step-down controller is a constant on-time controller with a unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The device supports HyperLight Load and phase cutting functions. The MIC2133 operates in the input supply voltage range from 8V to 75V. The output voltage can be adjusted to 0.6V, and the accuracy at the FBS pin is guaranteed to be ±1%. The device has a programmable switching frequency range of 100 KHZ to 1MHz. The HYPER SPEED CONTROL® architecture supports ultra-fast transient responses under moderate to high load conditions. Soft start can also be externally programmed via capacitors for safe start with heavy loads.
