The ADUC831BSZ combines 62 KB of non-volatile Flash/EE program memory, 4 KB of non-volatile Flash/EE data memory, 256 bytes of RAM, and 2 KB of expansion RAM on a single chip. In addition, the ADUC831BSZ features two 12-bit Dacs, a power monitor, and a bandgap amplifier ‌.

The ADUC831BSZ is rated for operating voltage from 3 V to 5 V over an extended industrial temperature range and is available in a 52-pin MQFP package.
