Product Description

MP86920GLV is a monolithic half-bridge driver with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves 20A of continuous output current across a wide input supply range. This device works with tri-state output controllers, and can operate between 100kHz and 2MHz. It also comes with a generalpurpose current sense and temperature sense.
