Product Overview

The TJA1443 is a simple replacement for high-speed classic CAN and CAN FD transceivers such as NXP's TJA1043.It is pin-compatible and designed to avoid hardware and software design changes, allowing the TJA1443 to be easily retrofitted into existing applications.

General Purpose

- Compliant with ISO 11898-2:2016, SAE J2284-1 through SAE J2284-5, and SAE J1939-14 standards

- Standard CAN and CAN FD data bit rates up to 5 Mbit/s

- Low electromagnetic emissions (EME) and high electromagnetic immunity (EMI)

- AEC-Q100 Class 1 certified

- VIO input for connection to 3.3 V to 5 V microcontrollers

- Listen-only mode for node diagnostics and fault suppression

- Available in SO14 and leadless HVSON14 (3.0 mm x 4.5 mm) packages; HVSON14 features improved automated optical inspection (AOI).

- Deep green product (halogen-free, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant)
