BG951AGLAA-N06-TA0AA is an ultra-compact LPWA module compliant with 3GPP E-UTRA Release 13/14*. The module supports LTE Cat M1 and LTE Cat NB1/NB2* bands as well as a global carrier band portfolio. In addition, it features ultra-low power consumption, enabled by the MIPS 5150 processor and integrated RAM and flash memory, which helps to reduce current consumption to quite low levels in various modes, including PSM, EDRX, etc. It also integrates GNSS engines for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS systems, as well as cellular positioning engines for Polte* and Queclocator®.

BG951A-GL has a comprehensive hardware-based security feature - Integrated Security Element (ISE). With an ultra-compact SMT form factor of 23.6mm x 19.9mm x 2.2mm and high integration, the module enables integrators and developers to easily design applications with its low power consumption and compact construction design. BG951A-GL's advanced LGA packaging enables fully automated manufacturing for large-scale applications.

Rich Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces, and rich features extend the applicability of the module to a wide range of M2M applications such as wireless POS, smart metering, tracking, wearables, and more.
