Introduction
The Murata SCH16T-K01-004 6-DOF gyroscope is AEC-Q100 compliant and combines a triaxial angular velocity and a triaxial accelerometer with a digital SPI interface. The angular rate and accelerometer sensor elements are based on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology, and signal processing is done by a single mixed-signal ASIC
The IC provides angular speed and acceleration via a flexible SafeSPI v2.0 compatible digital interface. These gyroscopes feature a calibration angular velocity measurement range of ±300°/s, a calibration acceleration measurement range of ±80m/s2, and an auxiliary digital accelerometer channel with a dynamic range of up to ±260m/s2.
The SCH16T-K01 gyroscope features a variety of self-diagnostic features with an angular velocity and acceleration low-pass filter with a cut-off frequency range from 13Hz to 370Hz.
