The MIMXRT1064DVL6B microcontroller uses NXP's advanced 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M7 core. The core operates at speeds of up to 600MHz, providing excellent CPU performance and the best real-time response. The i.MX RT1064 processor has 4MB of on-chip flash memory and 1MB of on-chip RAM. The 512KB SRAM can be flexibly configured as TCM or universal on-chip RAM, while the other 512KB SRAM is universal on-chip RAM.

The I.MKRT1064 combines an advanced power management module with DC-DC and LDO devices to reduce the complexity of external power supplies and simplify power sequencing. The i.MX RT1064 features a variety of memory interfaces, including SDRAM, RAW NAND flash, NOR flash, SD/eMMC, and quad SPI. A variety of other interfaces are available to connect peripherals such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, display and camera sensors. The i.MX RT1064 features a wealth of audio and video features, including LCD display, basic 2D graphics, camera interface, SPDIF and I2S audio interface. The iMX RT1064 features analog interfaces such as ADC, ACMP and TSC. The i.MX RT1064 is particularly suitable for applications such as industrial human machine interface (HMI), motor control and home appliances.
