Description

The BTS50005-1LUA device is a 0.6 mΩ single-channel smart high-side power switch in a PG-HSOF-8 package that provides protection and diagnostic features. It has reverse conduction. It is designed to drive high-current loads for applications such as heaters, glow plugs, fans, and pumps.
