SPC560B54L3C6E0X Device Overview:

This 32-bit system-on-chip (SoC) microcontroller family is the latest in the field of integrated automotive application controllers. It belongs to an expanding family of automotive-focused products designed to address the next wave of in-vehicle body electronics applications.

The e200z0h main processor core of this automotive controller family is based on advanced and cost-effective Power Architecture technology, and implements only a VLE (Variable Length Encoding) APU (Auxiliary Processor Unit), resulting in increased code density. It operates at up to 64 MHz, providing high-performance processing and is optimised for low power consumption. It takes full advantage of the development infrastructure available for current Power Architecture devices and supports software drivers, operating systems and configuration code to assist user implementations.
