Device Description:

The TMCS1108A4BQDRQ1 is a galvanically isolated Hall-effect current sensor that measures DC or AC current with high accuracy, excellent linearity, and temperature stability. The low-drift, temperature-compensated signal chain achieves <3% full-scale error over the temperature range of the device.


The TMCS1108A4BQDRQ1 consumes a maximum supply current of 6mA, and all sensitivity options are rated over the -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
