The R5F565NEHDLK RX65N is a mainstream RX microcontroller with an RXv2 core, large capacity RAM, enhanced security, connectivity, and human machine interface (HMI) capabilities. The device is available in a 145-pin TFLGA package and operates at frequencies up to 120MHz.

The RX65N series of microcontrollers integrates its unique Trusted Secure IP(TSIP) security capabilities to meet the higher security requirements of smart home, industrial automation, building automation and smart metering systems, as well as integrated enhanced Trusted memory and area protection. To strengthen the security of iot.

Trusted Secure IP enables high-speed hardware computing for AES, AES-M, AES-CMAC encryption and decryption, random number generation, and secure management of user keys. Based on these features, it is possible to achieve secure updates of the firmware in the MCU and prevent illegal firmware boot (secure boot). The Trusted Secure IP is CAVP certified, ensuring that customers use devices with a high level of security.
