The ADL8140ACPZN Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) operates in the frequency range of 10GHz to 18GHz. The amplifier has an adjustable nominal static current (IDQ) of 1.5V with a 35mA supply voltage (VDD). The ADL8140 amplifier also has an AC coupled input/output, internally matched to 50Ω. The amplifier is RoHS compliant and comes in a 2mm x 2mm, 8-pin frame chip-level LFCSP package.
